The rock icon appeared for an encore of 'Bohemian Rhapsody' and stayed to play Boone's hit 'Beautiful Things'. But although the moment was historic, Boone joked that the crowd didn't quite get it. "Me, trying to make it clear to the Coachella audience what an absolute legend Brian May is," he wrote in a TikTok presentation. Boone later called May 'one of the most legendary musicians of all time' in an Instagram post. May later returned the praise, calling Boone a 'truly golden 22-year-old prodigy'.
