Permanent roadworks: further traffic chaos expected in Kiel

The next test of patience for anyone who regularly has to drive through Kiel (Schleswig-Holstein): The construction work on the Theodor-Heuss-Ring is entering the next phase. Between the waste incineration plant and Barkauer Kreuz, the carriageway in the direction of Plön is being repaired, leaving only one lane available. Last year, the major roadworks on the opposite lane led to chaotic conditions.
