Inland waterway vessel collides with railroad bridge in Elsfleth

At the weekend, an inland waterway vessel collided with the railroad bridge in Elsfleth in the Wesermarsch district, which crosses the River Hunte. Since then, rail traffic has been at a standstill because the tracks have shifted as a result of the accident. The ports of Nordenham and Brake are now cut off from the transportation of goods. By Friday at the latest, a list of measures should be available to get the trains rolling again soon.
